Anthony Quigley – Director B.Arch. R.A.I.A. Anthony is a graduate from R.M.I.T. He has over fifteen years experience within the architectural profession, working for some of Melbourne’s most notable practices. He has worked for very large firms, sole practitioners and mid-size practices. Prior to starting Architecture Matters Pty Ltd, Anthony gained extensive experience as a senior/project architect - in a variety of building projects. These include educational, individual residences, multi-unit and apartment developments and commercial and industrial projects. Such experience is invaluable in ensuring projects are carried out successfully within tight budget and time constraints. Anthony has particular expertise in office management and architectural project facilitation and control. His construction knowledge, site supervision experience and rapport with Builders is an invaluable asset.

Anthony Gionfriddo – Director B. Arch (Hons), B.A. , R.A.I.A. Anthony completed his architectural studies at R.M.I.T. in 1992, having already completed his BA in Humanities at La Trobe University in 1987. Anthony worked in architectural publishing and taught at RMIT before spending four years in a number of small practices focusing on residential and educational projects, gaining registration as an architect in 1996. In following two years, Anthony undertook a Masters Degree in Architecture (Urban Design) at R.M.I.T. Anthony established his own practice in 1998, which, until its merger with Architecture Matters Pty Ltd in 2008, carried out a wide range of residential and commercial projects. These included a number of high-end single dwellings, numerous additions and alterations, and the design and documentation for the Lauirmar Sales Office & Community Centre. Anthony maintains a strong interest in collaborative design processes and distinctive architectural and urban design outcomes.
