Woodend additions & alterations
Starting its project life as an Archicentre Pre Purchase Property Inspection, this project grew into a renovation and refurbishment of the existing house located in the Central Victorian town of Woodend.

Through a strong collaborative process between Architecture Matters P/L and the property owner, we explored many design options which culminated in an extension that while adding space and amenity, seamlessly married into the original house while also adding a Garage/ Studio. In addition to this there was a strong emphasis on maximising the outdoor living spaces of the property in order to best utilise the various seasons of the Macedon Ranges.
